Ingredients: ----------DRESSING----------; 1 Garlic clove, minced; Juice of 1 lemon; 1 ts Balsamic vinegar; 2 tb Sambuca liqueur; 2 tb Fresh basil, chopped; 1 ts Black pepper ---------SALAD------------; 2 c Cooked black eyed peas; 1/2 White onion, chopped; 1/2 Red bell pepper, diced; 1/4 c Chopped fresh basil

1/4	c	Chopped fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients for dressing.  Mix with sald ingredients & rest at
least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
