2 c Black eyed peas
6 c Water
2 t Cayenne pepper
1 t Black pepper
1/2 t Yellow onion
1 Red pepper
Salt, to taste
1 t Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring peas to a very low boil. Add all ingredients and cook for 1
hour. Salt and pepper to taste.  Yield: 6 servings  Nutritional
