INGREDIENTS
| 3 | oz | Blue cheese; (pref. Danish) |
| 1 | c | Sour cream |
| 1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | c | Dry sherry |
| 1/4 | c | White wine vinegar |
| 1 | tb | Minced onion |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | Garlic salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Paprika |
| 1/8 | ts | Black pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Crumble the blue cheese into a medium-sized bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well-blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour but preferably 1 day.
