INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease the 2-1/2" muffin cups. Combine
the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the
blueberries. Add the milk, egg and butter. Mix just until the dry
ingredients are moistened (the batter should be lumpy - do not overbeat).
Spoon into the muffin cups. Bake until the tops spring back when lightly
touched (about 25 minutes). Serve warm.
