Name: Blueberry Pizza
Ingredients: 1 1/2 c Flour; 2 tb Sugar; 1 c Chopped pecans; 3/4 c Butter; melted; 8 oz Cream cheese; softened; 2 c Powdered sugar; 8 oz Frozen whipped topping; thaw; 6 c Fresh or frozen blueberries thawed; divided; 2/3 c Sugar; 2 tb Cornstarch water; 2 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine flour, sugar, pecans with butter.  Spread on a 12" pizza pan.
Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.
Cream the cream cheese with mixer.  Gradually add powdered sugar, beating
until smooth.  Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.
Mash 2 cups blueberries in a saucepan and stir in 2/3 cup sugar. Bring to

boil, stirring constantly, for a minute. Cool. Spread over cream cheese and
