Peaches; peeled, pitted, sliced |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coarsely slice peaches and place in 9 inch
sqare pan. Melt butter and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and
pour in butter. Stir to mix well and scatter evenly over peaches.
Bake in center of oven till top is golden brown and bubbly. Cool slightly
and serve.
NOTES : I had excellent results substituting 4 large Cortland or Jonagold
apples. I increased the cinnamon and nutmeg once but preferred the original
amounts.
