Clove garlic; minced

Sesame oil

Canola oil

Dry mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Notes: From Hawaiian Electric Kitchen.
Steam bok choy. Place in a large bowl and let cool. Combine remaining
ingredients. Pour dressing over bok choy and toss to coat well. Serve at
room temperature. Makes 4 servings.
*Hoi sin sauce is a Chinese soybean sauce used as a condiment or for
flavoring.
