INSTRUCTIONS

Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add meat and fry until brown. Add
mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. 1/4 l), and simmer for
about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over
any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
