Ingredients: 4 Eggs; 3/4 c Sugar; 1/4 c Bourbon; 14 oz Eagle milk; 6 c Half & Half; 1 Mint sprigs

It was the Son of God who placed a sword at the entrance to the Garden of Eden. He did it not just to keep Adam out. He did it so that, at just the right time, he could walk through in our place, to satisfy God’s just wrath and make a way for us to enter back in, through the gate, to eat from the Tree of Life and live forever in the glorious presence of God.

INGREDIENTS

4		Eggs
3/4	c	Sugar
1/4	c	Bourbon
14	oz	Eagle milk
6	c	Half & Half
1		Mint sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs at medium speed, gradually add sugar. Add bourbon & Eagle. Mix
well.  Pour mixture into freezer can for a 1 gallon ice cream freezer.
Freeze according to directions. Let ripen at least one hour. Serve with
mint sprigs.
