1 lg Radish; peeled
Water
1 tb Miso
1 sm Chilli
1 tb Sugar
Coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and slice the radish. Simmer in water until soft. Stir in sliced
chilli, miso and sugar and cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve in
bowls scattered with coriander or shredded nori.
