INGREDIENTS
3 | lb | Frying chicken pieces |
1/4 | c | Flour |
2 | T | Vegetable oil |
2 | Celery stalks, chunked | |
2 | Carrots, chunked | |
1 | Onion, chunked | |
1/3 | c | Kikkoman Soy Sauce |
1/4 | t | Oregano, crumbled |
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil; remove. Saute celery, carrots and onion in same pan 2 minutes. Combine soy sauce and oregano with 1 cup water; add to pan with chicken.
