Ingredients: 1/2 c Gorgonzola Cheese; 3/4 c Sour Cream; 1/4 ts White Pepper; 3/4 ts Brandy

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the gorgonzola cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining
ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip.
