INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 | c | Vanilla wafer cookies, * |
crumbled | ||
1 | c | Sifted powdered sugar |
2 | T | Unsweetened cocoa |
1/4 | c | Brandy or Kahlua |
1 | c | Walnuts or pecans, finely |
chopped | ||
3 | T | Light corn syrup |

INSTRUCTIONS
Place cookie crumbs, sugar, cocoa, brandy or Kahlua, nuts and corn syrup in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Shape by hand into round balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll balls in powdered sugar to coat. Store in an airtight container for at least one day before serving to allow flavors to mingle. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
