INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter, syrup, sugar.
Stir in other ingredients, except cream, mix well.
Drop small teaspoonfuls onto greased tin about 4 inches apart.
Bake in oven, 350°F (177°C), 8 - 10 minutes.
Cool for 1 minute, roll round handle of a wooden spoon.
Whip cream, pipe into ends of brandy rolls.

served nearly as often as they deserve. A perfect way to appeal to
that Scottish sweet tooth!
