Ingredients: 3 Fresh figs; 1 Onion (about 3" diam); 1 c Carrots; 3 Garlic cloves; 1 ts Cumin; 1 ts Celery seed; 3 tb Honey; 2 tb Lemom juice; 4 Red Habeneros

Chopped everything put everything in a blender blend until smooth Tasty,
slightly sweet, and just the right heat to not scare away the neighbors.

NOTES : From time to time, I find something and just have to experiment.
Last night at the local market they were giving out samples of fresh Fig. I
tried a piece of one and thought hhmmmm this is sticky, has a citrus flavor
(almost like Kiwi), and a mild fig taste......
Well when I got home with 6 of these,I ate 1, thetwins polished off 2 more,
and this is what I did with the rest........
