| 1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup; undiluted |

| 1 | tb | And 1 tsp lemon juice |
| 1/2 | c | Grated sharp Cheddar cheese |
| 1 | Jar pimentos; chopped | |
| 1 | c | Crushed cheese crackers |
| 1/2 | c | Broken pecans |
INSTRUCTIONS
Source: Maxine Laird Butter casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Spoon over broccoli in casserole. Top with pimentos, crackers and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
