Cream of mushroom soup

Eggs; beaten

Vidalia onions

Ritz crackers

Butter or margarine

Grated cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Add soup, beaten eggs, onions and
margarine. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and
