INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | (10-oz.) frozen broccoli |
| 1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 2 | md | Vidalia onions |
| 1 | pk | Ritz crackers |
| 1/2 | c | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | c | Grated cheddar cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Add soup, beaten eggs, onions and margarine. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and crackers. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4.
