INGREDIENTS

1/4 | c | Chopped broccoli |
Sea salt and white pepper | ||
FF sour cream | ||
FF barbeque sauce | ||
1/4 | c | Shredded FF Mozarella or |

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scrub potato and prick several times with a fork. Bake for approximately 1 hour, or until a steak knife slides into the potato easily. About 20 minutes before the potato is done, clean and steam broccoli until crisp-tender. Cut into bite-size pieces. Cut open potato and slightly fluff contents with a fork; sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, to taste. Top with sour cream, BBQ sauce, broccoli and cheese.
