INGREDIENTS

2 c Milk
3 tb Melted butter
2 tb Chopped onion
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tb Thyme
1 tb Garlic split
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 c Cooked chopped broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasoning. Add milk,
stirring constantly until thick. Add cheese. Cook until melted. Remove from
heat and put in crock-pot. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Stir
in cheese mixture and blend in broccoli. Keep heated in crock-pot until
served.
