Ingredients: 1 lb Hamburger; 1 c Soft bread crumbs; 2 tb Chopped onion; Salt and pepper; 1 ts Worcestershire sauce; 1 c Tomato juice; 1 ts Prepared mustard

1	lb	Hamburger
1	c	Soft bread crumbs
2	tb	Chopped onion
		Salt and pepper
1	ts	Worcestershire sauce
1	c	Tomato juice
1	ts	Prepared mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in order given except mustard. Place in well greased
pie plate. Press out flat. Then add mustard. Broil patties 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
