Name: Broiled Snapper with Cilantro Sauce
Ingredients: 1/2 c Sour cream; 1/4 c Chopped fresh cilantro; 1/4 c Mayonnaise; 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley; 1 ts Chopped shallots; 2 tb Butter or margarine; Melted; 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley; 1 tb Lemon juice; 4 6-8 oz red snapper fillets; 3/4 to 1-inch thick

If Christ on His cross intended to save every man, then He intended to save those who were lost before He died. If the doctrine be true, that He died for all men, then He died for some who were in hell before He came into this world, for doubtless there were even myriads there who had been cast away because of their sins. INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

CILANTRO SAUCE
SNAPPER
1. In blender, combine all sauce ingredients; blend on high speed until
well mixed. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice; mix well. Brush
butter mixture over snapper fillets. If desired, sprinkle fillets with salt
and pepper. Place fillets on broiler pan, skin side down.
3. Broil 4 to 6 inches for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with
fork. Serve cilantro sauce with snapper fillets.
