Broiled Snapper with Cilantro Sauce

Butter or margarine; Melted

Lemon juice

6-8 oz red snapper fillets; 3/4 to 1-inch thick
INSTRUCTIONS
CILANTRO SAUCE
SNAPPER
1. In blender, combine all sauce ingredients; blend on high speed until
well mixed. Set aside.
2. In small bowl, combine butter, parsley and lemon juice; mix well. Brush
butter mixture over snapper fillets. If desired, sprinkle fillets with salt
and pepper. Place fillets on broiler pan, skin side down.
3. Broil 4 to 6 inches for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with
fork. Serve cilantro sauce with snapper fillets.
