INGREDIENTS
| 2 | Sweet Potatoes; cooked | |
| 3 | tb | Butter Or Margarine; melted |
| 1/3 | c | Cornflake Crumbs |
| 2 | tb | Brown Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut each potato lengthwise into finger-like strips. Coat with butter. Combine crumbs and sugar. Roll sweet potato pieces in crumb mixture. Broil 3 inches from flame until lightly brown.
