Ingredients: 1/2 c Milk; 1/2 c Water; 1 Egg; 3 c Bread or all purpose flour; 3 tb Wheat germ; 2 tb Instant potato flakes; 1 1/2 ts Salt; 1 1/2 tb Oil; 3 tb Sugar; 1 1/2 ts Yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in machine according to Manufacturer's instructions.
Choose light Crust setting. Cool 1 hour BEFORE slicing.
TIP: For a variation, or Cheese Buttermilk Bread, add:
1/2 cup sharp white cheddar, grated omit butter omit honey
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
