INSTRUCTIONS
FROSTING
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 4. Line a 15cm square tin with
baking parchment. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese with the
sugar. Add the cocoa powder, egg, vanilla essence and milk and beat
well until smooth.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the cream cheese mixture and
fold in lightly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the oven for 30-40
minutes until just set.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin. Serve cut into
squares, topped with a low fat frosting if desired.
Frosting: Top the brownies with the yoghurt and sprinkle with drinking
chocolate powder.
