INGREDIENTS

90 g Butter
3/4 c Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 ts Vanilla
200 g Nestle Cooking Chocolate; melted
3 Eggs
1/2 c Self-rising flour; sifted
1/2 c Plain flour; sifted
1/2 ts Bicarbonate soda
1/4 c Walnuts; chopped
1/4 c Sultanas
***TOPPING***; melted
100 g Nestle Cooking Chocolate; melted
100 g Butter; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat butter and Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk until creamy. Beat in
vanilla, Nestle Cooking Chocolate and eggs. Fold in flours and
bicarbonate soda. Stir in walnuts and sultanas. Place in greased,
lined 18 cm x 28 cm lamington pan. Bake in (180C) oven 30 to 35
minutes until cooked. Turn out, cool on a wire rack. Combine Nestle
Cooking Chocolate and butter, refrigerate until thick enough to
spread. Spread over cake, cut into squares.
