INSTRUCTIONS
Poach an egg in boiling water which has a little vinegar added into
it. When ready, lift the egg out with a spider and then coat the egg
in a little whisked egg. Roll the egg in a plate of breadcrumbs then
pay-fry the egg until golden. Serve on a bed of salad as a starter.
