Ingredients: 3 cl Garlic minced; 1 Ancho chile -- briefly; Toasted and ground in a; Spice grinder (approx.; 4 ts); 2 tb Chopped fresh oregano; 1 tb Gold tequila; 3 Generous Tb chopped pecans; Salt and pepper to taste; 1/4 lb Unsalted butter (1 stick).
