INGREDIENTS

12 oz Butterscotch morsels
1/3 c Butter
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 c Nuts, chopped
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt butterscotch
morsels and butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts. In a greased
9x13-inch baking pan, press half of mixture firmly onto bottom. In a large
mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy and add condensed milk, egg and
vanilla. Mix well and pour on top of butterscotch layer. Top with remaining
butterscotch crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate finished bars. Makes 35 bars.
