Name: Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients: 1/2 Head cabbage; (medium) shredded; 1 md Onion; chopped; 1 c Mushroom soup; 1/4 c Water; 1 Egg; beaten; 1/2 c Shredded cheese; Margarine; 1/2 pk Keebler; (roll size) or Ritz cracker crumbs

INGREDIENTS

1/2		Head cabbage; (medium) shredded
1	md	Onion; chopped
1	c	Mushroom soup
1/4	c	Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare cabbage and onion. Place in slightly oiled or Pam sprayed casserole
dish. Mix soup, water and egg. Pour over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle with
crumbs. Dot with marga- rine. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 305
degrees for crispy cabbage, 45 minutes for softer cabbage.
