Ingredients: 4 c Finely shredded cabbage; 1 Chopped onion; 1/2 c Chopped green pepper; 1 ts Celery seed; 1 ts Salt; Dash pepper; 1/2 c Miracle whip; 2 tb Tarragon vinegar; 1 tb Prepared mustard; 2 tb Sugar

		Dash pepper
1/2	c	Miracle whip
2	tb	Tarragon vinegar
1	tb	Prepared mustard
2	tb	Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine chilled vegetables.  Combine remaining ingredients, stirring
to dissolve sugar.  Pour dressing over vegetables and toss lightly.
Refrigerate before serving for several hours to let flavors mix.
