Meats, Grains Italian Soup 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 cn (48-oz) V-8 juice
1 lb Canned tomatoes
1 cn (small) tomato paste
2 cn Kidney beans
2 pk Zesty Italian dressing mix
1 cn Rotel tomatoes and chiles
1 Cabbage; shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and
simmer for 45 minutes. Add cabbage and let soak in the soup for 10 minutes;
serve.
