3 Cloves garlic
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
6 oz Red wine vinegar
1 ts Blk pepper ground
2 tb Lemon juice fresh squeezed
2 oz Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
18 oz Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

combine all ingreds x olive oil. gradually incorp oil in thin stream.
adjust seasoning Serve immed. or refrig.
