INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Egg yolk | |
| 4 | tb | Garlic oil |
| 1 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | tb | Grated parmesan |
| Salt and pepper — to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Slowly pour oil into egg yolk while whisking. Slowly whisk vinegar into egg mixture. Whisk in remaining ingredients. If dressing is too thick, thin it down with a little water 1 teaspoon at a time.
