INGREDIENTS
| 4 | Hard boiled eggs; coarsely chopped | |
| 3/4 | c | Cooked ham; diced |
| 1/2 | c | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1/4 | c | Celery; chopped |
| 1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tb | Onion; finely chopped |
| 1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Pepper |
| 4 | Kaiser rolls; halved & buttered |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients; mix well. Spoon onto rolls, open face style. Put on a cookie sheet or other flat baking dish.
