God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
In one sense saving faith is the easiest thing in the world – as easy as being clay in the potter’s hands. But in another sense it is the hardest thing in the world, because human clay hates being shaped and formed by Christ so that He gets all the glory for what we become.

In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the orange juice and water to a
boil. Stir in the couscous and oil. Remove from the heat. Cover, let stand
for 30 minutes. In a large bowl, toss the couscous with the oranges, kiwi
fruit, lime juice, mint and pine nuts. Serve immediately or chill until
ready to serve. Servings: 4

NOTE: I prefer this well chilled. If I don't have pine nuts, I substitute
walnuts or pecans.
