INGREDIENTS

1/2 | c | Half and half |
4 | oz | Cream cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Unwrap carmels; place with half and half in double boiler or microwaveable bowl. using a microwave at 50 percent power, stir often until melted. Using a souble boiler, cook over simmering heat, stirring often until melted. Let caramel cool. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat cream cheese into caramel mixture.
