INGREDIENTS

| 3/4 | c | Flour |
| 1 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1 | tb | Golden syrup |

| 1 | sm | Carrot |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | c | Cottage cheese |
| 1/4 | c | Raisins |
| 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 3/4 | c | Milk |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place bran, milk, golden syrup & egg into a mixing bowl. Peel & grate carrot & add with cottage cheese & raisins. Leave to stand for 5 mins. Add flour, sugar, b/soda & salt.
