Grains, Vegetables Sauce 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Tomatoes; finely chopped
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
1 Jalapeno chile; canned, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 ts Jalapeno chile liquid
1 tb Cilantro; fresh,snipped fine
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Oregano leaves; dried
1 1/2 ts Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.  Cover and refrigerate up to
