INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Combine egg and mix; stir well. Dip
fillets in egg mixture; dredge in flour mixture. Arrange in a lightly
greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish; drizzle with butter; sprinkle almonds over
top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork. Yield: 6 servings.
