INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lg | Fresh cauliflower, cut |
| 1 | cn | (10-3/4 ounce) cream of celery soup |
| 1 | cn | (4 ounce) mushrooms |
| 1/4 | Onion chopped | |
| 1/2 | ts | Basil |
| Salt to taste | ||
| 1/4 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 | ts | Paprika |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook cauliflower and drain. In a 2 quart casserole dish combine soup, mushrooms, onion, salt and basil. Stir in cauliflower; sprinkle cheese and paprika on top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
