INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar,
tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste until the dressing is smooth
and add the celery and apple. Toss the salad and serve garnished with
the celery leaves. This recipe yields 2 servings.
