INSTRUCTIONS

Notes: Mix together rough ground flour or whole wheat flour a third of
which is cornmeal. Mix a bit of salt for every one cup of flour. To one cup
of flour mix a fistful of oil and enough water for the right consistancy.
Roll in flour and pat oil on one side and fry.
