It is no answer to tell me that you disapprove of a religion of feelings. If you mean by that that you dislike a religion consisting of nothing but feelings, I agree with you entirely. But if you mean to shut out feelings altogether, you can know little of Christianity. The Bible teaches us plainly that a man may have good feelings without any true religion. But it teaches us no less plainly that there can be no true religion without some feeling towards Christ.

Cheese and Bacon Pinwheels

Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4

Crisp bacon; crumbled
1/4

Margarine; softened

Green onions; chopped

Rye bread; crusts removed
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except bread. Flatten each
bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread each slice with 1 1/2 Tablespoon
cheese mixture.
Roll up jelly roll style. Place 4 toothpicks into each piece, then using a
serrated knife, cut into 4 pices. Place on a cookie sheet.
Heat boriler, and broil for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned
and cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
