INGREDIENTS

10 Cooked diced potatoes
1 cn (small) diced pimento
1 lg Onion; chopped fine
1/2 Green pepper; chopped fine
1/2 lb Cheddar cheese; diced
1 tb Dry parsley
1 ts Salt
1/2 Stick butter; melted
1/4 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except milk together. Pour into 2-1/2 quart casserole.
Before baking, add 1/4 cup milk. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
