INGREDIENTS
| 2 | Butter or margarine | |
| 2 | c | Grated sharp cheese |
| 2 | c | Crispy rice cereal |
| 1/4 | ts | Red pepper |
| 2 | c | Plain flour |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter. Add cheese with electric mixer & mix well. Stir in cereal. Sift & measure flour. Add salt & red pepper to cheese mixture. Roll into 3/4-inch balls. Flatten thin with fork on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. This will take the place of cheese straws if you have no cookie press. MRS.
