INGREDIENTS

100	g	Cheddar cheese; grated (4oz)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Place
grape-sized little balls of the mixture on a greased baking sheet and
flatten them down. Bake at Gas Mark 7/425 &deg;F/220 &deg;C for 10-15 minutes
until golden.
