INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 2 | Beaten eggs | |
| 2 | ts | Sugar |
| 1/3 | c | Butter melted |
| 3 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1 1/2 | c | Flour |
| 1 1/2 | c | Cooked rice |
| 1/4 | c | Chopped ham |
| 1 | c | Jarlsberg cheese; grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F, prepare pans. Combine milk, eggs, sugar & butter. Sift flour & baking powder into a bowl, stir in rice, cheese & ham. Add this to wet mix until just combined.
