INGREDIENTS
| 4 | c | Idaho frozen O'Brien potatoes |
| 1/2 | lb | Cooked roast beef, cubed |
| 1 | c | Frozen sliced carrots |
| 1 | Jar (12 ounces) beef or mushroom gravy | |
| 1/4 | c | Chili sauce |
| 1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | c | Shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese |
| 2 | tb | Thinly sliced green onion |
INSTRUCTIONS
In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole combine frozen potatoes, roast beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
