Meats, Grains, Dairy, Eggs Salad 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 c Cooked chicken; cubed
1 1/2 c Diced celery
3 tb Lemon juice
1 c Seedless white grapes
1 c Toasted almonds
1 c Mayonnaise
1 ts Dry mustard
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts White pepper
1/4 c Light cream
2 Hard cooked eggs; sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix chicken, celery, lemon juice & chill at least 1 hour. Add grapes &
almonds. Combine rest of ingredients except eggs. Tos chicken mixture with
mayonnaise & spices. Garnish with hard-cooked egg. Serves 8.
