INGREDIENTS
| 4 | Chicken breast halves | |
| 1 | pk | Spanish style yellow rice |
| 2 | c | Thinly sliced onions |
| 2 | c | Chicken broth |
| 1 | Sm.can sliced mushrooms | |
| Salt & Pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown chicken frying pan. Place in baking dish. Saute onions in same frying pan and add the rice mix, mushrooms and chicken broth. Bring to boiling and then pour over chicken in baking dish.
